the self check in process was confusing. i had difficulty understanding the instructions at first.

The location was really central. It was a short walk to many good restaurants and historical landmarks. The breakfast voucher worked perfectly at a cafe around the corner, just enough to start my day of travelling. The communication from the staff was EXCELLENT.
The bathroom was small, it was really difficult to use. The mattress was very hard. I had difficulty sleeping because of it.

the location was convenient, close to many restaurants. the room had complimentary soft drinks in the fridge. the kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits, and sweets.
the self check in process was a little confusing. i could hear the people in the room next to mine. the bathroom was a bit small, and hard to use.
